Fantastic location. We stayed for three nights, they provide towels, bath shampoo and hangers in room. There are side table and chairs. The common kitchen is well equipped and there are so clean. Some traveller bought food to prepare breakfast and dinner. It's so convinient to walk to city.
Recommend for team building and school camp.

Most terrible decision ever made to book an accommodation at this place. My friend’s sister
was profiled and targeted by a hostel staff, Micky who kept troubling her by telling he can help her with laundry, took advantage of her politeness to that extent that he made sleazy comments and then when she was stern, this pathetic ass from Romania tried to send strangers knocking on her door . And the worst part was the door lock was spoiled and they didn’t bother to repair it. Luckily she shifted to a different place after experiencing the combined nonsense of the staff, that included a woman too.

The hotel has self-service check-in and password entry. Although there are no service staff, it is well managed. The shared bathroom is clean and basically everyone can take a shower. There are plenty of parking spaces. It is within walking distance to the main attractions and the beach in Reykjavik. Staying here gave me a good memory!
